Be prepared for any situation. Self-rescues, buddy assists, first aid — CPR training is part of the course.
Ask any pro diver which course changed them the most and they'll say Rescue. It shifts your mindset from 'me, the diver' to 'me, the buddy who other people can count on.' You'll practice recognizing diver stress, managing tired or panicked divers, performing in-water rescues and tows, surface assists, search patterns, and post-incident scene management — and CPR training is part of the course.
Group pricing is $400/person; private is $600/person. Add-ons if you need them: CPR/AED for $100 and O2 Provider for $60. SDI eLearning runs 5–10 hours and the full course typically takes 4–7 days.
Prerequisites are Open Water and Advanced certifications plus an active Emergency First Responder (EFR) certification — we can run EFR alongside Rescue if you don't already have one. The course is demanding, but it's also the one most students describe as the most fun and the most confidence-building.
